Operator’s Rights. CRC hereby grants to each Operator full operating rights to operate its own trains (staffed by a road crew) and equipment, with its own crews and equipment and at its own expense, over any and all tracks included in the Shared Assets, and to use all of the Shared Assets in connection with the operation of such trains or equipment, for the following purposes:
