Opinion of Australian Counsel for the Company. Ashurst Australia, Australian counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives and the Selling Shareholder, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters and the Selling Shareholder, substantially in form and substance set forth in Annex C-2 hereto.
