Common use of Opinion of Bermuda Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Bermuda Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the opinion of Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxx Limited, counsel for the Company with respect to the laws of Bermuda, dated as of such date, in the form and substance previously agreed to by, and satisfactory to, the Representative.

Opinion of Bermuda Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and each Option Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the opinion of Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxx Limited, Bermuda counsel for the Company with respect Company, shall have furnished to the laws Representatives, at the request of Bermudathe Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as of such datethe case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in the form and substance previously agreed reasonably satisfactory to by, and satisfactory to, the RepresentativeRepresentatives.

On each Xxxxxxx (Bermuda) Limited, special Bermuda counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the First Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and each Option or the Additional Closing Date, as the Representative shall have received the opinion of Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxxxx Limitedcase may be, counsel for the Company with respect and addressed to the laws of Bermuda, dated as of such dateUnderwriters, in the form and substance previously agreed reasonably satisfactory to by, and satisfactory to, the RepresentativeRepresentatives.
