Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP, Canadian counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex A-2 hereto.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Blaikie LLP, Canadian counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the RepresentativesRepresentative, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters and the Sub-Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, to the effect set forth in Annex A-2 A-3 hereto.

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Company. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx Lang Mxxxxxxx LLP, Canadian counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, Representative their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriters, with respect to the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, to the effect set forth in Annex A-2 C hereto.

Opinion of Canadian Counsel for the Company. Gowling Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Xxxxxxxxx LLP, Canadian counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex A-2 A-3 hereto.
