Common use of Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel to the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Cayman Islands Counsel to the Company. Cxxxxxx Dxxx & Pxxxxxx, special Cayman Islands legal counsel to the Company, shall have furnished to the Underwriter, at the request of the Company, its written opinion, addressed to the Underwriter and dated the Closing Date in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriter.

Cxxxxxx Dxxx & Pxxxxxx, special Cayman Islands legal counsel to the Company, shall have furnished to the Underwriter, at the request of the Company, its written opinion, addressed to the Underwriter and dated the Closing Date in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriter.
