Opinion of Company General Counsel. The favorable opinion, dated the Closing Time, of general counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, relating to the Option Shares to be purchased on such Option Closing Date and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 6(c) hereof.
