Common use of Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel. On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representatives of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Denko Xxxxxx Xxxxx LLP, U.S. intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, and the opinion of Cabinet Xxxxx, foreign intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to you in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2.

Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel. On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representatives Representative of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Denko Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx LLP, U.S. intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated as of such Closing Date closing date and addressed to you you, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, and the opinion of Cabinet Xxxxx, foreign intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed substance reasonably satisfactory to you in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C-2you.
