Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Xxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, in the form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters previously agreed upon by the Representatives and such counsel, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Zacco Denmark A/S, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(e) hereof

If requested by the Representatives, the favorable opinion of Xxxxx Day, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(c) hereof.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. The Representative shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of DLA Piper (US) LLP, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B and to such further effect as the Representative shall reasonably request.

If requested by the Representatives, the opinion of Xxxx Xxxxx LLP, counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 5(c) hereof.
Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of SEED Intellectual Property Law Group PLLC, intellectual property counsel for the Company, in the form previously agreed among the parties hereto.

The Representative shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Xxxxxx and Xxxxx, LLP, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Representative, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of LeClairRyan, Professional Corporation, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, in the form of Annex E hereto, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.
