Common use of Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Company Intellectual Property Counsel. On each Closing Date, there shall have been furnished to you, as Representatives of the several Underwriters, the opinion of Xxxxxxxxxx PC, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, dated as of such Closing Date and addressed to you in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to you.
