Common use of Opinion of Company’s Independent Accountant Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Company’s Independent Accountant. The Custodian shall take all reasonable action, as the Company may from time to time request, to obtain from year to year favorable opinions from the Company's independent accountants with respect to the Custodian's activities hereunder and in connection with the preparation of the Company's Form N-1A and Form N-SAR or other reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission and with respect to any other requirements of such Commission.
