Opinion of Counsel for the Depository. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxx XXX, counsel for the Depository, shall have furnished to the Representative its written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.
Opinion of Counsel for the Depository. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Exxxx, Xxxxxx & Mxxxxx, LLP, counsel for the Depositary, to the effect set forth in Exhibit F hereto.
