Common use of Opinion of General Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of General Counsel. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, in his capacity as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company, dated as of such Closing Time, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters.

Opinion of General Counsel. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion opinion, dated the Closing Time, of J. Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, in his capacity as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of for the Company, dated as of such Closing Time, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such opinion for each of the other Underwriters.

Opinion of General Counsel. At the Closing Time, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Esq., shall have furnished to the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxhis written opinion, in his capacity as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company, addressed to the Representatives and dated as of such the Closing Time, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, substantially to the effect set forth in Exhibit B hereto.
