Common use of Opinion of General Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of General Counsel. At the Closing Time, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Esq., shall have furnished to the Underwriter his written opinion, as General Counsel of the Company, addressed to the Underwriter and dated as of the Closing Time, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriter, substantially in the form delivered to the Underwriter concurrently herewith.

Opinion of General Counsel. At the Closing Time, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx X.
