Common use of Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. Li & Partners, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex C-5 hereto.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. Li & Partners, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex C-5 hereto.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. The Representatives shall have received the opinions of Li & Partners, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished dated such Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, at . At the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and opinions of counsel for the Company described above (except for the opinion of the PRC counsel for the Company) shall be addressed to the Underwriters, in form Underwriters and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex C-5 heretoshall so state therein.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. The Representative shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Li & Partners, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, substantially to the effect set forth in Annex C-5 Exhibit E hereto.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. The Representatives shall have received the opinions of Li & Partners, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished dated such Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, at Representatives and substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit G hereto. At the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date and opinions of counsel for the Company described above (except for the opinion of the PRC counsel for the Company) shall be addressed to the Underwriters, in form Underwriters and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex C-5 heretoshall so state therein.

The Representatives shall have received an opinion from Li & Partners, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated the such Closing Date and addressed to the UnderwritersDate, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, to the effect set forth in Annex C-5 hereto.
