Common use of Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At each Closing Date, the Underwriters shall have received the written opinion of Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx & Co., Hong Kong counsel for the Company, dated such Closing Date and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At each Closing DateSkadden, the Underwriters shall have received the written opinion of XxxxxxxxxArps, Xxxx Slate, Mxxxxxx & Co.Fxxx, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Underwriters, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated such the Closing Date or the Option Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Annex A-5 hereto.

At each Closing DateSkadden, the Underwriters shall have received the written opinion of XxxxxxxxxArps, Slate, Xxxxxxx & Xxxx & Co.LLP, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Underwriters, at the request of the Company, their written opinion, dated such the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Annex B-4 hereto.
