Common use of Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time and each Date of Delivery, the Representatives shall have received an opinion addressed to the Representatives, dated as of the Closing Time or such Date of Delivery, as the case may be, of Xxxxxx & Liu, Solicitors, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Representatives, to the effect set forth in Exhibit A-4 and to such further effect as the Representatives may reasonably request.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time and each Date of Delivery, the Representatives shall have received an opinion addressed to the Representatives, dated as of the Closing Time or such Date of Delivery, as the case may be, of Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx & LiuXxxxxxxx, Solicitors, special Hong Kong counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other RepresentativesUnderwriters, in form and substance satisfactory to the effect set forth in Exhibit A-4 and to such further effect as the Representatives may reasonably requestRepresentatives.

At the Closing Time and each Date of Delivery, the Representatives shall have received an opinion addressed to the Representatives, dated as of the Closing Time or such Date of Delivery, as the case may be, of Xxxxxx Skadden, Arps, Slate, Xxxxxxx & Liu, SolicitorsXxxx, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Representatives, to the effect set forth in Exhibit A-4 [A-4] and to such further effect as the Representatives may reasonably request.
