Common use of Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At Closing Time, the Representative shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of Closing Time, of Pun & Associates, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At Closing Time, the Representative shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of Closing Time, of Pun & Associates[ ● ], Hong Kong counsel for the Company, shall have furnished to the Representatives, their written opinion, dated the Closing Date or such Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, and addressed to the Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other UnderwritersRepresentatives.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time, the Representative Representatives shall have received an opinion addressed to the favorable opinionRepresentatives, dated as of the Closing Time, of Pun & AssociatesRobertsons Solicitors, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the UnderwritersRepresentatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

Opinion of Hong Kong Counsel for the Company. At Closing Time, the Representative Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of Closing Time, of Pun Skadden, Arps, Slate, Mxxxxxx & AssociatesFxxx LLP, Hong Kong counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.
