Common use of Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of LeClairRyan, Professional Corporation, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, in the form of Annex D hereto, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

Opinion of Intellectual Property Counsel for Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, of LeClairRyan, Professional Corporation, special intellectual property counsel for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the form of Annex D hereto, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other UnderwritersRepresentatives.
