Common use of Opinion of Swiss Counsel for Company Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Swiss Counsel for Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Xxxxxxxxx XX, Swiss counsel for the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters previously agreed upon by the Representatives and such counsel, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

Opinion of Swiss Counsel for Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received an the opinion, dated the Closing Time, of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx XX, Swiss counsel for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters previously agreed upon by the Representatives and such counsel, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters.

Opinion of Swiss Counsel for Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received an opinion, the favorable opinion dated as of the Closing Time, of Xxxxxxxxx XXPestalozzi Lachenal Patry, Swiss counsel for the Company, together with signed or reproducxx xxpies of such opinion for each of the other Underwriters and the Sub-underwriter, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters previously agreed upon by and the Representatives and such counsel, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of Sub-underwriter to the other Underwriterseffect set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
