Opinions of Company Corporate Counsel and Sales Manager. The Sales Manager shall have received the opinions of Company Corporate Counsel and Sales Manager Counsel required to be delivered pursuant to Sections 7(o) and (q) on or before the date on which delivery of such opinion is required pursuant to Sections 7(o) and (q).
