Opinions of Counsel for Borrower and Guarantors. The Credit Parties and their respective counsel shall have received originally executed copies of a favorable written opinion of counsel for the Obligors, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and its counsel, dated as of the Closing Date, and setting forth substantially the matters in the opinions designated in Exhibit F and as to such other matters as Administrative Agent, acting on behalf of the Credit Parties, may reasonably request.
