Opinions of Counsel to the Partnership. BMOCM shall have received, on each Representation Date, an opinion of Xxxxx Xxxxx L.L.P., outside counsel for the Partnership, dated such date and addressed to BMOCM, to the effect set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Opinions of Counsel to the Partnership. (a) You shall have received the opinions and letters, each dated as of the Closing Date or any Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to counsel for the Underwriters, from Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Partnership, to the effect set forth in Exhibit B, and from Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, & Xxxxxx, P.A., Delaware counsel to the Partnership, to the effect set forth in Exhibit C.
