Common use of Opportunity to Consult with Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Consult with Counsel. The Borrower represents and acknowledges that it has been provided with the opportunity to discuss and review the terms of this Note and the other Transaction Documents with its counsel before signing it and that it is freely and voluntarily signing the Transaction Documents in exchange for the benefits provided herein. In light of this, the Borrower will not contest the validity of Transaction Documents and the transactions contemplated therein. The Borrower further represents and acknowledges that it has been provided a reasonable period of time within which to review the terms of the Transaction Documents.
