Opportunity to Consult with Professional Advisors. Employee expressly acknowledges and agrees that he has had the opportunity to consult with, and has consulted with independent legal, tax and other professional advisors of his choosing with regard to his entry into this Agreement and the consequences thereof. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he enters into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily with full understanding of the claims released herein and the tax consequences of the payments and benefits to be received by him hereunder.
