Common use of Opportunity to Remedy Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Remedy. No liability shall attach to the Seller in respect of any claim if and to the extent that the breach giving rise to such claim is capable of remedy (to the reasonable satisfaction of the Purchaser and Purchaser’s Group) except to the extent that the relevant breach remains unremedied (without such cost) after the expiry of 30 days following receipt by the Seller of notice from the Purchaser giving full particulars of the relevant breach and requiring it to be so remedied.
