Common use of Opportunity to Remedy Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Remedy. No liability shall attach to the Vendor in respect of any Claim if and to the extent that the breach giving rise to such Claim is capable of remedy (without cost or loss to any member of the Purchaser's Group) except to the extent that the relevant breach remains either wholly or partially unremedied (without such cost) after the expiry of 30 days following receipt by the Vendor of notice from the Purchaser giving full particulars of the relevant breach and requiring it to be so remedied.

No liability shall attach to the Vendor Seller in respect of any Claim claim if and to the extent that the breach giving rise to such Claim claim is capable of remedy (without cost or loss to any member the reasonable satisfaction of the Purchaser and Purchaser's ’s Group) except to the extent that the relevant breach remains either wholly or partially unremedied (without such cost) after the expiry of 30 days following receipt by the Vendor Seller of notice from the Purchaser giving full particulars of the relevant breach and requiring it to be so remedied.

No liability shall attach to the Vendor Sellers in respect of any Claim claim unde the Warranties if and to the extent that the breach giving rise to such Claim claim is capable of remedy (without cost or loss to any member of the Purchaser's ’s Group) except to the extent that the relevant breach remains either wholly or partially unremedied unheeded (without such cost) after the expiry of 30 days following receipt by the Vendor Sellers of notice from the Purchaser giving full particulars of the relevant breach and requiring it to be so remedied.
