Common use of Opportunity to Rescind Clause in Contracts

Opportunity to Rescind. You may cancel this Release as to the release of claims arising under the Minnesota Human Rights Act within 15 days after signing it and as to the release of claims arising under the ADEA within 7 days of signing it. The Release will not become effective or enforceable until both rescission periods have passed.
