You acknowledge and agree that You have had an opportunity to review the terms of this Agreement with Your private attorney or other people You trust, who are not affiliated with Libre, to make sure that You understand the intent and consequences of this document. If You decide to sign this document, Your signature represents Your acknowledgement that (i) You carefully read this entire document, (ii) You fully understand everything it says, (iii) You discussed this document with Your private attorney, to the extent, if any, that You wanted to do so, and (iv) You did not choose to sign this document as a result of any pressure, duress or undue influence by Libre or anyone else.
