OPTION FOR CONTINUED SERVICE. By written notice to the State at least six (6) months prior to the expiration of the term of this contract, the Agency may elect to receive continued service after expiration of said term under the following conditions unless otherwise agreed to: (1) Service of water in annual amounts up to and including the Agency’s maximum annual entitlement hereunder. (2) Service of water at no greater cost to the Agency than would have been the case had this contract continued in effect. (3) Service of water under the same physical conditions of service, including time, place, amount and rate of delivery, as are provided for hereunder.
