OPTION FOR CONTINUED SERVICE. By written notice to the State at least six (6) months prior to the expiration of the term of this contract, the District may elect to receive continued service after expiration of said term under the following conditions unless otherwise agreed to: (1) Service of water in annual amounts up to and including the District’s maximum annual entitlement hereunder.
