Common use of Option Number Clause in Contracts

Option Number. The "Option Number" shall initially be the number of shares equal to nineteen and nine-tenths percent (19.9%) of the total number of shares of the Company Common Stock issued and outstanding as of the date of this Agreement, and shall be adjusted hereafter to reflect changes in the Company's capitalization occurring after the date hereof in accordance with Section 9 hereof. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event shall the Option Number exceed nineteen and nine-tenths percent (19.9%) of the total number of shares of the Company Common Stock issued and outstanding as of the date of this Agreement, adjusted in accordance with Section 9 hereof.
