Common use of Option Period Extension Clause in Contracts

Option Period Extension. If, at any time during the Initial Option Period, the Series secures financing and/or is set-up with a distributor, the Initial Option Period shall be automatically extended for an additional Twenty Four (24) months (the “Option Period Extension”) from the end of the Initial Option Period.
