Option Subject to Acceptance of Agreement. The Option may not be exercised unless (i) the Optionee shall accept this Agreement by executing it in the space provided below and returning such original execution copy to the Company and (ii) the Plan is approved by a majority of all the votes cast at a meeting of shareholders at which a quorum is present.
