Option Term Assignability. Section 39.2 of the Original Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Notwithstanding any provision of this Lease to the contrary, the Options granted by this Lease shall not be personal to Lessee but shall be fully transferrable and assignable to any person or entity to whom the Lease is assigned, whether such interest is transferred intentionally or by operation of law.”
