Exercise Period of Option Subject to the terms and conditions of this ------------------------- Stock Option Grant Certificate, and unless otherwise modified by a written modification signed by the Company and Optionee, this Option may be exercised with respect to all of the Shares, but only according to the vesting schedule selected on the reverse of this Stock Option Grant Certificate and as described in Section 9 below, prior to the date which is the last day of the Term set forth on the face hereof following the Date of Grant (the "Expiration Date").
Exercise Terms The Optionee must exercise the Option for at least the lesser of 100 shares or the number of shares of Stock as to which the Option remains unexercised but exercisable. If this Option is not exercised with respect to all or any part of the shares subject to this Option prior to its expiration, the shares with respect to which this Option was not exercised shall no longer be subject to this Option.
Exercise Period This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, prior to (or in connection with) the expiration of this Warrant as set forth in Section 8.
Extension of Exercise Period Notwithstanding any provisions of paragraphs (a), (b), (c) or (d) of this Section to the contrary, if exercise of the Option following termination of employment during the time period set forth in the applicable paragraph or sale during such period of the Shares acquired on exercise would violate any of the provisions of the federal securities laws (or any Company policy related thereto), the time period to exercise the Option shall be extended until the later of (i) forty-five (45) days after the date that the exercise of the Option or sale of the Shares acquired on exercise would not be a violation of the federal securities laws (or a related Company policy), or (ii) the end of the time period set forth in the applicable paragraph.
Manner of Exercising Option (a) In order to exercise this option with respect to all or any part of the Option Shares for which this option is at the time exercisable, Optionee (or any other person or persons exercising the option) must take the following actions:
Option Terms Subject to earlier termination as provided herein, the Nonqualified Option shall expire on the 10th anniversary of the date of grant of Nonqualified Option, which anniversary shall be [xx/xx/xx]. The period during which the Nonqualified Option is in effect is referred to as the “Option Period”.
Option Term This option shall have a term of ten (10) years measured from the Grant Date and shall accordingly expire at the close of business on the Expiration Date, unless sooner terminated in accordance with Paragraph 5 or 6.
