Optional Prepayments of the Notes with Make-Whole Amount. The Notes shall be subject to prepayment, in whole at any time or from time to time in part (in an amount of not less than $5,000,000), at the option of the Company, upon notice as provided in Section 9.5 at 100% of the principal amount of the Notes so prepaid plus interest accrued thereon to the prepayment date and the Make Whole Amount.
