[Optional] Recreation. Public Use. Grantee may construct, reconstruct, locate, relocate, develop, operate, use and maintain trails, paved or unpaved roads, parking areas, overlooks and vistas, to enable or enhance recreational use of the Property by the public with consent of the Grantor as to the location and size, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, provided such actions do not unreasonably interfere with the reserved rights of the Grantor. For purposes of this clause, the term "parking area" means a cleared area, paved or unpaved, suitable for the parking of passenger vehicles of such sizes and in such locations as are acceptable to all Parties.
