Optional Service Features. 1.4.1 Partner DSL (Asia-Pac only) – Service Description. Verizon provides Partner DSL Access (Partner DSL) to enable Customer to obtain access with Secure Gateway to Verizon’s Private IP network via third- party-provided DSL circuits. Note that the transmission speeds available for selection are based on the maximum possible. If Partner DSL is interrupted or has other performance issues, Verizon will provide to Customer the information it has obtained from the third-party provider.
