Optionee Acceptance. Optionee shall signify acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by signing in the space provided at the end hereof and returning a signed copy to the Company. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (i.e., duplicate originals) and on separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original instrument and all of which shall together constitute a single agreement.
