Optionee Acceptance. The Optionee shall signify his acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Option by signing in the space provided below and returning a signed copy hereof to the Corporation at the address set forth in Section 10 above.
Optionee Acceptance. Optionee must accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement either electronically through the electronic acceptance procedure established by the Corporation or through a written acceptance delivered to the Corporation in a form satisfactory to the Corporation. In no event shall this option be exercised in the absence of such acceptance.
Optionee Acceptance. To the extent the terms of any employment, severance or other agreement to which the Optionee is a party with the Company or any Subsidiary that is then in effect provide for any rights that conflict with or are otherwise contrary to the terms contained in this Agreement, including the vesting or exercise rights contained in Sections 5 and 8, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

In signing this Agreement, the Optionee acknowledges that the Option Shares may not be sold or otherwise transferred by the Optionee for at least six months from the Grant Date without creating an obligation under Section 16 of the Securities Act of 1934, as amended, to pay to the Corporation the profit on any such transaction.
Optionee Acceptance. The Optionee shall signify his or her acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Option by signing in the space provided below and returning a signed copy hereof to TCF Financial at the address set forth in paragraph 12 above.
Optionee Acceptance. Optionee shall signify acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by signing in the space provided at the end hereof and returning a signed copy to the Company. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (i.e., duplicate originals) and on separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original instrument and all of which shall together constitute a single agreement.
Optionee Acceptance. The Optionee shall signify his acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Option by signing in the space provided below and returning a signed copy hereof to the Corporation at the address set forth in Section 12 above. In signing this Agreement, the Optionee acknowledges that the Option was awarded pursuant to the Plan, which qualifies for an exemption from the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Optionee Acceptance. The Optionee shall signify his acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Option by signing in the space provided below and returning a signed copy hereof to the Company at its current headquarters address. If you do not sign and return this Agreement within 30 days following the Grant Date, this option award and Agreement will be cancelled.

Optionee acknowledges that the grant of the Option evidenced by this Agreement fulfills all obligations of the Company pursuant to Section 3.3 of that certain Employment Agreement dated as of November 16, 1998 between the Optionee and the Company, and agrees that in the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and said Section 3.3, this Agreement shall govern.
