Common use of Options and Other Rights Clause in Contracts

Options and Other Rights. The Servicer shall if requested by the Customer, advise the Customer with respect to: (i) the exercise by the Lessee or any other party of any option or right affecting the Aircraft or the Lease, consistent with the terms of any such option or right; and/or (ii) the exercise by the Customer of any right or option that the Customer may have with respect to either the Aircraft or the Lease.
