Options, guarantees etc. The Company is not responsible for the indebtedness of any other person, and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing is not a party to any option or pre-emption right or a party to any guarantee or suretyship or any other obligation (whatever called) to pay, purchase or provide funds (whether by the advance of money, the purchase of or subscription for shares or other securities or the purchase of assets or services or otherwise) for the payment of, or as an indemnity against the consequence of default in the payment of, any indebtedness of any other person.
