Each Option granted to Lessee in this Lease are personal to Lessee and may not be exercised or be assigned, voluntarily or involuntarily, by or to any person or entity other than Lessee, provided, however, the Option may be exercised by or assigned to any Lessee Affiliate as defined in paragraph 12.2
