Rights Personal. The Extension Right is personal to Tenant and is not assignable without Landlord’s consent, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion separate and apart from any consent by Landlord to an assignment of Tenant’s interest in the Lease, except that they may be assigned in connection with any Permitted Assignment of this Lease.

Rights Personal. The license and rights granted hereunder are personal to Licensee. No assignee for the benefit of creditors, receiver, trustee in bankruptcy, sheriff or any other officer or court charged with taking over custody of Licensee's assets or business, shall have any right to continue performance of this Agreement or to exploit or in any way use the Trademarks if this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Paragraphs 14.1 and 14.2, except as may be required by law.
Rights Personal. The Right of First Offer is personal to Tenant and may be assigned only in connection with an assignment or sublease described in Article 16B of this Lease or an assignment or sublease for which Landlord gives its consent pursuant to Article 16 of the Lease.

The Direct Expansion Right and Right of First Refusal are personal to Tenant and are not assignable without Landlord’s consent, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion separate and apart from any consent by Landlord to an assignment of Tenant’s interest in the Lease, except that they may be assigned in connection with any Permitted Assignment of this Lease.
Rights Personal. The Extension Rights are personal to Tenant and are not assignable separate and apart from this Lease, except that they may be assigned in connection with any Approved Transfer, as defined in Section 22 of this Lease.

Extension Rights are personal to Kymera Therapeutics, Inc. and any assignee of this Lease under a Permitted Assignment (but not a subtenant) and otherwise are not assignable without Landlord’s consent, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion separate and apart from any consent by Landlord to an assignment of Xxxxxx’s interest in this Lease.
Rights Personal. The rights granted to Tenant under this Paragraph 38 shall be personal to Tenant, and shall not be assigned, sold, conveyed or otherwise transferred to any other party (including without limitation any assignee or sublessee of Tenant) without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion; provided, however, that the rights granted to Tenant under this Paragraphs 38 may be transferred without Landlord's consent to the transferee of Tenant's interest in this Lease pursuant to a Permitted Transfer.
Rights Personal. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 26.29 to the contrary, Tenant’s rights under this Section 26.29: (i) are personal to the Original Tenant and any assignee (including any Affiliate) to which Tenant’s entire interest in this Lease has been assigned pursuant to Article 14 above; (ii) may only be exercised by the Original Tenant or such assignee and shall only be utilized when the Original Tenant or such assignee is in actual and physical occupancy and possession of any portion of the Premises; and (iii) may not be transferred to or used by any person or entity other than the Original Tenant or such assignee, except that Tenant may permit subtenants (including Affiliates and Business Affiliates) under subleases entered into by Tenant pursuant to Article 14 above to use the Special Equipment for their telecommunications and/or HVAC needs in their Subject Space.
