OPTIONS will recognize a Grievance. Committee that shall operate and conduct itself in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement. The grievance committee shall consist of a maximum of two (2) nurses, one of whom will be the chairperson of the committee. Where the committee consists of two (2) nurses, at least one (1) of the two (2) nurses will be a part-time nurse.
