Common use of Oral Authorization Clause in Contracts

Oral Authorization. The Customer agrees that the Broker shall be entitled to act upon any oral instructions given by the Customer so long as the Broker reasonably believes such instruction was actually given by the Customer or the Customer’s authorized agent.
