Oral Presentations. The State of Arizona may request oral presentations. If requested, the Offeror shall be available for oral presentations with no more than ten (10) business days’ advance notice. Participants in the oral presentations should include the Offeror's key persons. Such oral presentations shall not otherwise afford an Offeror the opportunity to alter or change its Offer.
