Common use of Orange Line Expansion Clause in Contracts

Orange Line Expansion. The opening of an expansion of the Orange Line for operations within the I-66 Corridor encompassing the Express Lanes within the 10 years following the Agreement Year in which the Project Completion Date occurs will be considered an Alternative Facility.
