Common use of Order Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Order Adjustments. Supplier acknowledges that Tesla may be required to modify Orders from time to time. Tesla may increase the quantity of Items in any Order at any time prior to the scheduled delivery date and, provided such increase falls within the Quantity Adjustment Schedule set forth below, (i) Supplier will deliver such increased quantity with no additional charges including accelerated delivery, expedite fees or the like, and (ii) such increase will not affect the delivery schedule of Items previously ordered.
