Order Booking by Rail. 6.1.1 At least seven (7) working days prior to the commencement of the month concerned, the Purchaser shall submit a programme in writing to the Seller, as per the applicable Railway rules and the Seller’s notified procedures. Thereafter, the Seller shall process for issuance of the consent of the programme. The sanction of the consented rail programme shall be obtained accordingly. The validity period of the monthly programme for movement by rail for seeking allotment shall be till the last day of the month concerned. The consent of the programme to be issued by the Seller shall not remain valid after the above period. Once the rake is allotted, it shall remain valid for supply as per the prevailing Railways rules.

The consent of for the programme to be issued by the Seller shall not remain valid after the above period.
