Order Booking by Rail. 7.1.1 In terms of the notice issued by the Seller before the commencement of a month, the Purchaser shall submit a programme in writing to the Seller, as per the applicable Railway rules and Seller’s notified procedures, for the supply of the Scheduled Quantity as per Clause 4.4. The Purchaser shall also ensure compliance of the requirements under Clause 11.2. Thereafter, the Seller shall process for issuance of the consent of the programme. The validity period of the monthly programme for movement by rail for seeking allotment shall be till the last day of the month concerned The consent of the programme to be issued by the Seller shall not remain valid after the above period. Once the rake is allotted, it shall remain valid for supply as per prevailing Railways rules.
